Day of Healing 2026

Day of Healing is an annual event with the mission of connecting the Church to the community, and the community to Christ. Each year, local churches, across denominations, gather together for a day of food, fun, and fellowship. Portico has been part of this event since the very beginning and we encourage everyone to volunteer or simply come out to enjoy the day with our neighbors.

This year there will be several opportunities to volunteer. In addition to serving at Day of Healing on June 27th, we will also have a series of service projects throughout the community the week leading up to June 27th. Projects will include things like light construction and/or painting, grocery runs for those in need, serving the homeless community, and more.
