Land Purchase!

As we shared back in April, our Members overwhelmingly affirmed the decision to purchase the 62 acres of land at 1717 Polo Grounds Road. Following that vote, our team got to work! The Land Acquisition Team (Stephen Trivette + Tom Muncaster), along with our Elders, and Janet Lohr, worked together to ensure a successful purchase. We are overjoyed to share with all of you that on Tuesday, June 14th, we closed on the Polo Grounds Road land! We are thankful to the Lord for His provision, and we continue to trust in His plan for the future of Portico Church, and for sustained gospel impact in our community.

We want to thank Stephen Trivette for his countless hours spent coordinating with lawyers, reviewing documents, and ensuring we had what we needed when we needed it. Stephen’s experience and dedication to this project was invaluable!

We’re not sure what God has in store for this land, but we are grateful and expectant.
